Now that you know how it feels to be hurt inside, I can go on with my life. How can you go on with your life knowing that the person you love, has no love for you left inside. It's all been a lie. Stop wasting your time on something that will never be. She's been playing with your heart. Making you sad and cry for a love you'll never receive. All your friends tried to tell you to go on with your life, but you chose to wait on her. I tried to shower you with my love and show you what my love could offer you. You passed me by. I wasn't enough for you. Now that you know what it feels like to hurt inside, I feel no joy in seeing you in pain. You still have my heart and the love I feel for you inside. I still care for you, I'll never abandon you. Please go on with your life. Set your heart free. The woman you once loved, love her no more. Open your eyes and see my love inside. It still shines so bright for you my love. Just give me a chance to bring you joy, because I'll never hurt you, the way you've hurt me. If loving me is wrong, then our life together was never meant to be right. So I'll let go of the love I have for you inside. Now that I know you can be hurt too, I've learned to accept life through the good and the bad. Now that I know that I wasn't meant for you, I've set my heart free of the love that I once had for you.
Reason for writing:
This is for the one I loved. He hurt me and He too was hurt by someone who he loved. I just wanted to let him know how it feels to love someone who doesn't love you. It hurts, huh.
