Some people burn with a passion to learn about anything they can discover. Some people never make use of their minds, accepting what’s learned by another. Some people work, day in and day out, to buy things they can’t afford; While others feel a husband or wife is their only long lasting reward. Some people talk of finding world peace, while war’s breaking out in their home. Some people walk with their hand in a hand, while others are walking alone. Some people want someone they can’t have simply because they can’t have them. While others think sex without love is a relationship they can not fathom. Some people don’t say, “I Love You” enough to their friends, family and lovers, Some people gossip about things they don’t know to make them look better than others. Some people have a high self-esteem and a strong sense of self-worth, While others spend their whole life in waste, cursing the day of their birth. Some people wish they could be like others, while others wish for the same. Some people live in complete poverty, while others know fortune and fame. Some people give what others take, never minding the things that they lack, While others take what some people give, never giving anything back. Some people seem to do what they’re told, while others say what they will do. Some people need drugs or alcohol as a means to help them get through. Some people go their entire lives without a hint of direction, While others put their faith in God in hopes for a resurrection. I’m like some people from time to time, in one way or another. When I’m not being them, it’s only because I’ve somehow become like the other. Copyright ©2004 Brian MackesBirth sign: Aquarius
