Stars blew out~
that endless night
when a hope filled dream
created massive light
a maidens heart swept~
beating on the sun
&
in finding this
her mind did run
far over the moon
on rays of emotion
feeling the depth
she cast a spell
on the tide of the ocean
"I can travel no farther ~
bring him to me"
The waves carried softly
her lover to be
dancing in song
speaking in rhyme
no need for luxury
bodies fed on time
molded in perfection
they fell away
through the night
&
into day.
Living forever
with an image of dawn
bound together
where they belong.
