Sparkling in the midnight rain, Raindrops fall like mist, All around the window pane, Grasping, cutting the wrist. Falling through the distance, Hearing the muffled cries, Of a child with no resistance, Tear stained eyes. Puddling deep within the heart, Flooding out the tears, Left alone but can’t depart, Slowly creeps in the fears. Cold chills all over the skin, Shaking emotional mind, Darkness wins, But yet light combines. Face flushed from fear, Escaping, running to be free, Holding memories near, Freeing the child within me.Birth sign: Sagittarius
