Untitled - What must I...

by crystal - Sagittarius

What must I do, when every time I touch you?
You cringe with uneasiness from where my fingers have been,
When I look deep in your eyes, I feel its true,
And your patience with me is always wearing thin.

I long for you to touch me,
I lay desperately searching for a reason why,
Wanting you to understand and see,
That I have always been plagued with lies.

What has went so wrong with me?
Why is that you no longer desire my presence?
Is the problem something I can’t see?
Or is it just my mind’s avoidance?

Why can’t you just tell me I am no longer in your heart?
That If I went away it would be some blessing,
That my days here have been numbered and its time to depart,
Wouldn’t it do you and I much better if you were confessing,

That the feelings you used to feel have went astray,
And my touch is no longer sweet to you,
Another has wiped it away,
That no longer can you honestly say I love you.
