That special place you always travelled to, watching the sunset, making plans for the future. Good times turned into trouble, blue skies turn into grey, hearts warmed with love , turned cold from fear. As time goes on, so do we. A kiss that personifies our trust, the torment of the mistrust you had in me. Conversations turning into arguments, inspiration turned to aspiration, on your part. Misguided through the months, but I loved you still. Regarded now as an ex, what were we all about? My heart still beats...
