I mop the floor vacuum the carpets scrub the toilets walk the dog change the diapers put up with your mother critizing I cook three meals a day and never complain I smile when you come home from work even though I had a bad day your happiness comes first its always been that way i take the baby to the doctor when he is sick I forgotten what its like to sleep in I do the laundry wash and fold then when its over i do it again I balance the check book shop for food bake the cookies and kiss the boo boos I'm a mother a teacher a doctor captain zora a cab driver all in one day i play with the children hold them when they are sad i make everything better i never get mad and even if I do no one seems to notice when it's time for dinner I'm a housewife a dedicated women i love my life my husband my children but it would be nice to hear you say thank you
Reason for writing:
to all the people who think housewifes are not important i just want to say you are very wrong our job is a 24 hour one the pay is low even though we deserve more we never get a day off though we need one and we are never appreciated our family has a better life because of us so please give us some credit
