Why

by Charles Mathew Tyner III - Scorpio

Lord knows I've tried to find answers to the questions that plague my soul. Why do good things happen to bad people? Why do bad things happen to good people? Why is this world so maniacal and chaotic? Why don't people care about one another the way that we are supposed too? Why does the sun shine on the Earth, but not on its spiritual plain? Why can't the rain wash away all of the pain in the world today? Lord, if you're there, answer my questions. You said that if I ask, it shall be given. But first and foremost, this question. Why did you take my son from me?

Reason for writing:

I thought that instead of being mad at God, I should at least give Him the chance to tell His side of the story.
