Human kindness

by Marlena - Cancer

Why do we live in a world full of so much ?
People come to our country and spit on the flag.
Why do rich people always take away from the poor?
With budget cuts on medicare, education, closing
factories and laying off families who have
nothing, but the life they're living today.

Why does the government always help other countries
before it takes care of its homeland, USA.
Why does God allow so much pain in a world where
love should rein.
Why do you go to jail for life for selling to
people who want to get hooked, when rapist
and get off free.
Why play the lotto when your chances are a million
to one.
Why buy People,US Weekly,Entertainment and Vogue magazines
to remind us of how the celebrities waste
money on dumb ass items like that 1000 dollar
jean that could of feed a family for two months,
Or buy a watch for 250,000 dollars just to show
off their ice knowing dam well they can't even
tell time.
Or spend half a million on a car that won't live
past the age of five.
Human Kindness has left our world.
The poor will never come up to make it in this
world.
The rich corporation will always us all
over this earth.
Don't these s know without us the consumers,
buying their ,
They would all be broke mother ers.
Then maybe they would finally know how it feels
to be poor, looked down upon without any funds
coming in from the right.
Human Kindness where are you my friend?

Reason for writing:

For the people of New Orleans, Mississippi, AL, Florida and the homeless, jobless and for anyone that the government has forgot. Plese don't give up on making a better life for yourself and loved ones. I pray for you all each day. I wrote this because of the sadness that I see in the world each day. How can the government allow it's people to live like this, without a home, a job or a chance to get back on their feet to make it in this world.
