The Death of my Darling

by Jaired - Aries

The impact was heartfelt by the blow of news
Inside the screams bursting into the coldest of blues
My eyes close in dismay
My darling breathed her last today
With choking words I cannot say
The welt below my throat inside is strained
Rawness is the world by the closing of my door
A messenger off with his words I can't ignore
To leave imprints of scars within every touch of core
Saying her warm breath~
Is nevermore

To embrace her love again I will wait
Through horrified increasing anguish
I’ll wheeze out every heart ache
I’ll lose all breath till my heartbreaks

There is no heaven with all its trickling routes down my cheeks
Squeezing out as miserable could be
Breaking away from a clutch of defeated--cheerless Eyes
Leaving marks of scars not seen
Ruined by shadows before sunrise
Of echoes in hallow places
In polluted skies
That tinkle on
Into forever
Crammed with salts and toxin that never seen the glare of time-
Till now

My Breathing betray me now
Gasping
With rigid
Uncontrollable patterns
As my
Oxygen
Loses life in the hour of
Minutes into what has already dismantled my being
With the malfunction
Of tenderness that grows intense
By the seconds
As my heart catches what it can
Only to let it all go-
“Goodbye”
Though I cannot bare it
Or even accept
