Beauty

Beauty:
Not stripy or speckled
Nor glittered with flash and
Slender as a Vogue cliché.
Obscure as a metaphor;
Smothered in flesh and hidden away
In a shrivelled up body 
And slightly befuddled mind
Drained from the eye and sucked inside
Abounding; lounging in a rich deep ore
Ingrained
Beauty arcane
Favours an unlocked door
And abides in loves residence
A permanence.
