I am an unknown. You may be familiar with me, I'm that pleasant smile you pass in our small town grocery; after someone just cut you off in traffic merely minutes before I arrived. Now you've gone and changed your mind about what to have for dinner,( what no sour grapes? ) Did it ever occur to you I might be that reckless driver ? Have a nice day. You can't hate everything all the time even if you think you do. Nope it's impossible, because charm will make of itself what it chooses to do. You may think you're so different while you hop up and down screaming naughty words because you stubbed your toe; just like anyone with toes would. Funny how we seldom recognize ourselves when we are mirrored everywhere, we are not the same because our differences are so alike it scares us. I am an unknown but I sure as hell know you, because I allow myself to know God. After all are we not in his likeness? I'm sorry I'll use my blinker next time so you will know me; we don't have to collide to do that. Everybody makes mistakes, for you I'll try to make less. Lexi Hilife 2003
Reason for writing:
I did something similar, it got me to thinking about the parallels of peoples behavior in general and how we don't get the opportunity to apologize, but maybe wish we could.
