Black Widow

by Lexi Hilife - Leo

I should have swept you under the rug like the dirt you were How did it ever get this far From the very first dance there was not even romance The excitment was in taking the chance Surrendering to danger in the arms, and fixed stare of a stranger I could pretend a stranger myself Agile on my feet A widow all dressed in black The real surrender was you gave me what I lack Your life Tis my nature never to never look back Piano man another song another victim the night is young Lexi Hilife

Reason for writing:

    Callous Nature
