I choose to walk the path less travelled. The one that you know can lead you to a place where you need not be. I choose to walk that line to that destination because if I don't, no one will. I don't embrace the dark paths to let their power seduce and consume me. For that is what most are in fear of. I walk the paths to darkness so that I can learn to find my way back to the light. I choose to walk through the depths of a souls' darkness so that one day it may find the light and never let it go. This is the life that I have accepted for myself. This is the meaning of my purpose whether I like it or not. My journey will end when light casts away all of the shadows.
Reason for writing:
I realize that in this world, no one wants to go through the struggles. I just want everyone to know that I choose to walk my path and I hope that we can all grow as a whole to lift ourselves out of darkness to that light we're all in search for. It shouldn't take another Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Ghandi, John F. Kennedy or Abraham Lincoln to create change. Humanity has all that power within themselves if we could just use it together for the same purpose...PEACE...
