The Cloud

by Charles Mathew Tyner III - Scorpio

When falling through a vast abyss of total nothingness, one never looks ahead to the future because of fear. You dilute your mind with miniscule thoughts to pollute yourself of coming inevitablility.
Your body says, "You're gonna crash."
Your heart says, "You're gonna crash hard."
Your mind says nothing...You hear the sounds of crickets in the night.
Your mind regains control and realizes that you're still falling through the darkness. The darkness is so vast, yet it is as suffocating as if you are in a postage box. You can't interpret anything around you. Trapped in an illusion that you have created for yourself, you float along the eternal sea of time. Floating constantly in this unnatural haze that engulfs you and steals what little air you have.

Follow my words and we can all lift the haze that blinds us because we alone do not always know the pathway out of the darkness...

Reason for writing:

It took a long time for me to realize that trying to get rid of my darkness on my own only created a thicker cloud around me. I needed a light to help guide me and I have found one...I can only try to help to find others.
