The NBA Championsahip, sought after by many. Winning isn't everything. A Super Bowl ring on a finger, many have tried. Winning isn't everything. In MLB, many are looking to grab that pennant once. Winning isn't everything. Forced to fight a personal war against strangers. Lives lost on both sides because neither will give in. Not even an inch of slack on either side. Fear for loved ones grip all, but no one listens. Fear for the innocent that are caught in the middle. Fighting for greed and selfishness is frivolous. The world needs to realize for once that... WINNING ISN'T EVERYTHING...
Reason for writing:
Wars for personal gain only exhaust the resources we need to take care of ourselves. It's okay to fight for the right causes, but fighting to exert your power is an injustice to all who seek to revel in life. War is never the answer and shouldn't even be a last result...That's how I feel at least.
